A fiscal sponsor is a nonprofit organization that, in addition to its other work,
advances the public benefit by facilitating the development and growth of
charitable, mission-driven activities.
In a “Comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship Relationship”, the program becomes a fully integrated part of
the fiscal sponsor who maintains all legal and fiduciary responsibility for the
fiscally sponsored program, its employees and activities. The fiscal sponsor assures funders
that the purposes and any restrictions of all grants and/or contributions will be
