Shirley Singh is Director of Facilities, Systems, & Services at the Foundation for California Community Colleges. Singh provides leadership, oversight, and guidance for the Facilities Utilization, Space Inventory Options Net (FUSION) software system, a database encompassing more than 89 million square feet of California Community College facilities. FUSION tracks condition assessments and develops cost modeling for maintenance projects, enabling colleges to plan budgets and help facilitate the passing of much-needed bond measures.
With more than 20 years of experience managing large teams, maximizing budgets, and consistently delivering results across high volume, multi-million dollar public sector projects, Singh previously served as CEO of Kandia Consulting Services; Account Manager at Linq3; and Project Manager at CGI. She was a nominee for Sacramento’s 40 under 40 and also has served on multiple project management committees.
Singh earned her bachelor of science in business administration/management information systems from Sacramento State; her masters in business administration from the University of Phoenix; and her certificate in project leadership from Cornell University. Additionally, she is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional; a SCRUM Alliance Certified SCRUM Master; and is fluent in four languages (English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Spanish).
