Providers eligible for monthly payments from January 2023 - June 2023 who have submitted their W9 form can expect to receive monthly payments on or after the following dates:
 

If you are unsure if your W9 form has been submitted or if you need to make changes (update payment method, update mailing address, etc.), please call the Child Care Providers Supplemental Pay Helpline at (916) 980-8998. Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST, with interpretation services as needed.

W9 Form Submission Deadlines:

To ensure you are receiving your monthly supplemental rate payments, complete the required information through the unique link that was emailed to you. If your completed W9 information is submitted by January 4, 2023, you can expect to receive your first payment on or after January 25, 2023, and then regular monthly payments through June 2023 according to the payment schedule listed above.

If you submit your required W9 information after the January 4, 2023 deadline, then you will receive “makeup” payments on the next scheduled payment date after your form is submitted.

For example, if you completed your W9 form on January 15, 2023, your first supplemental rate payment will occur on or after February 27, 2023, and will include monthly amounts for January and February 2023. Subsequent payments in March, April, May, and June will be for the monthly payment amount.
