The California Student Aid Commission (CSAC), recognizes Career Catalyst as a non-profit employer of record service, allowing colleges to use 90% of the Learning-Aligned Employment Program (LAEP) funds for students' wages regardless of employer type, including for-profit organizations, college campuses, and non-profit worksites. Additionally, as a qualifying non-profit employer, FoundationCCC allows colleges to broaden work placements types.  Career Catalyst allows you to maximize LAEP funds and simplify the contract process by using our CSAC-aligned agreement.
