Daniel Britt
Daniel Britt is the Staff Counsel, Employment at FoundationCCC.
His work focuses primarily on advising internal infrastructure teams, workforce development programs, and call center programs on labor and employment matters. Daniel provides guidance on policies and procedures, legal and regulatory compliance, contracting, and risk analysis/management.

- Supported the development and drafting of policies and procedures that facilitated the organization’s transition to a remote-first workforce.
- Developed risk analysis framework and contracting processes to help support strategic expansion of workforce development programs while managing organizational risk.
Prior to joining FoundationCCC, Daniel served as a Labor and Employment Attorney at a state-wide law firm, where he represented public school districts, community college districts, and nonprofit organizations. Previously, while attending McGeorge School of Law, Daniel worked at FoundationCCC as a Law Clerk, and after graduating he advanced within the organization, becoming a Legal Associate and later Staff Counsel.
Daniel earned his J.D. with a Business Certificate of Concentration from McGeorge School of Law, graduating with distinction and earning membership in the Traynor Honor Society. He also holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
