Gina Geck Jamerson
Gina Jamerson is the Director, Learning and Partnership Development at FoundationCCC.
Gina’s team is made up of 18 Guided Pathways Regional Coordinators and a senior program specialist. She leads the Regional Coordinators who provide tailored coaching to California’s 116 community colleges to meet local student and college needs in a timely manner, centering equity and racial justice and supporting the colleges in their implementation of the Guided Pathways framework.
Prior to joining FoundationCCC, Gina worked for almost two decades at Sonoma State University in enrollment management. As the Director of Student Outreach & Recruitment, Gina built partnerships with the K-12 sector, college access organizations, and community colleges focused on providing access and opportunity to first generation college students. As a long time administrator, Gina has in-depth experience in student services, relationship building, and facilitation. She has also led statewide professional development trainings for both K-12 and higher education faculty and staff. During her free time, Gina serves as trustee to the Elk Grove Unified School District’s Board of Education.
Gina received a B.A. in ethnic studies with a minor in sociology and Chicano studies from California State University, Chico.
