In this role, he leads a team accountable for business transformation and scale through process standardization, systems redesign, and enhancements. The team focuses on driving efficiency and effectiveness of business processes with customer centricity and data-driven approach at its core. Their objectives include simplification of systems and tools, improving efficiency of business processes and implementing best-in-class technology solutions.

• Saurabh is developing a systems data strategy to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and simplify the project prioritization and resourcing process for business systems-related requests.
• In addition to developing new business transformation functions, Saurabh’s immediate focus includes envisioning a future state of its business systems with consistency and optimization in mind.

Prior to joining FoundationCCC, Saurabh worked in the technology, service, manufacturing, and finance sectors in companies such as Microsoft, AWS, JP Morgan Chase, and Fidelity Investments. He has developed functions, programs, and capabilities focused on operational excellence and customer experience improvements. His expertise has been in enabling organizations to scale effectively through standardization, optimization, and automation.

Saurabh has a M.S. from the University of Cincinnati in industrial engineering. He completed his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from KL University in India. Saurabh also holds certification in Lean Six Sigma and Agile Scrum Master.
