Health Care Education

Helping those whose work helps us all.

The health care education programs offered by the Foundation for California Community Colleges improve the availability of health care by increasing access to the educational institutions that prepare and develop health care professionals in California. We accomplish this goal through sustaining the Foundation-developed internet-based tools for capacity expansion and through grant-funded projects promoting health care provider education in the California Community Colleges.

Centralized Clinical Placement System

Funded by the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS) unites schools of nursing, clinical agencies, and hospitals to streamline student placements and expand their healthcare education capacity.
