Each spring, FoundationCCC’s Community Impact Call Center expands its seasonal workforce to help California families access SUN Bucks summer food benefits. As the 2026 season concludes, we are recognizing the impact of the 239 limited-term employees who supported families across the state from April through October.
Together, the team helped more than 154,000 Californians access essential food benefits, with bilingual agents and interpretation services providing support across 42 languages.
Seasonal roles also created professional pathways for employees like Stephanie Samayoa, who joined the call center as an agent in 2024 and advanced to bilingual call center lead this year. Across the 2026 cycle, numerous employees moved into new roles, while others continued with FoundationCCC through year-round opportunities.
