Announcing the 2026 Keenan Insurance Scholarships

Applications for the Keenan Insurance Scholarships are now open for 2026, with up to $19,200 in scholarships available this year.
Scholarship funds are available for California community college students studying for a certificate or degree in insurance, risk management, financial services, or a related field.
The scholarships will be funded on a first-come, first-served basis, and students will need to work closely with their college’s Financial Aid Office to apply for funds. Applications are open until October 31, 2026.
Last year, the Keenan Insurance Scholarship helped to positively impact the lives of 25 students by providing over $19,200 in scholarships. This year, students can receive up to $600 per semester and up to $1,200 per academic year.
FoundationCCC is committed to helping lift students out of poverty and put them on a path to a better life through higher education and job opportunities. This scholarship not only offers tangible financial support for students but also seeks to promote and increase the diversity of professionals working within the insurance and risk management sectors.
We encourage you to share with your networks, including potential college partners and eligible students, about this opportunity. For more details, eligibility requirements, and to access the application, please visit our website.
