Board Chair Patrick Mulvaney Featured in Sacramento’s Milestone Anniversaries

The profile celebrates 20 years of Mulvaney’s B&L, the Sacramento restaurant and events space founded in 2006.

Mulvaney co-owns and operates Mulvaney’s B&L with his wife and business partner, Bobbin Mulvaney. In the profile, Mulvaney reflects on the values that have sustained the business, including maintaining high standards, growing steadily, and remaining adaptable. Among the accomplishments he is most proud of is creating a space where people can “break bread and have creative conversations.”

Mulvaney has served on the FoundationCCC Board of Directors since 2018 and was reappointed in January 2026 to serve a third term through January 2030. He is currently serving as Board Chair. Mulvaney’s commitment to collaboration and community building informs his leadership at FoundationCCC, supporting its mission as the official nonprofit auxiliary to the California Community Colleges.
