Board Chair Patrick Mulvaney Makes Sacramento’s Top 100 List

FoundationCCC Board Chair Patrick Mulvaney has been named to the Sacramento Business Journal’s Power 100 list, recognizing him as one of the most influential figures in the Sacramento region. The yearly review highlights leaders across sports, entertainment, and hospitality who are driving innovation and shaping the future of these industries.
The Sacramento Business Journal selected Mulvaney, the chef and owner of Mulvaney’s B&L, for leading the region’s farm-to-fork movement and helping establish Sacramento as the home of Terra Madre Americas, a biennial culinary conference. Willy Duncan, President of Sierra College, is also featured in this year’s Power 100 list.
Mulvaney has been a member of the FoundationCCC Board of Directors since 2018 and was reappointed in January 2026 to serve a third term through January 2030. During his tenure, he has provided steady, strategic leadership, guiding the organization’s vision, priorities, and long-term impact. His contributions are central to FoundationCCC’s work as the official nonprofit auxiliary and partner to the California Community Colleges, the largest higher education system in the nation.
With more than 35 years of culinary experience and a deep commitment to public service, Mulvaney continues to shape the culinary world, connecting local action with the international movement for good, clean, and fair food for all.
