DeBow began his career at a law firm defending state and local agencies in various stages of litigation. Leveraging this experience, he ensures FoundationCCC’s operations and growth are both legally compliant and impact-driven.

An alumnus of the University of California, Davis, DeBow holds a J.D. and was recognized by the Order of the Coif for his legal scholarship. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from UC Davis, graduating with honors.
