Britt Bray


Britt Bray (they/she) is the Program Manager of Basic Needs and Support Services at Sierra College, where they lead efforts to integrate housing, food, mental health, and wellness services to support student equity and success. With a master’s degree in social work and over a decade of experience in mental health and social services, Britt brings a strong background in advocacy, trauma-informed care, and systems-level change. They have contributed to statewide prevention and education initiatives, including serving as a content expert and writer for the California Health Education Framework and developing training and curriculum guides used across the state. On campus, Britt has led efforts focused on suicide prevention, mental health integration, and LGBTQ+ student support. They are honored to serve on the CCC LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee to help advance affirming policies and inclusive campus climates statewide.
