Christopher Sweeten

Christopher T. Sweeten (he/him) is a Black queer leader, first-generation college graduate, and believer in education as a radical site of healing and liberation. As Vice President of Student Services at Santiago Canyon College, he leads with tenderness, resistance, and purpose, creating spaces where students, especially those at the margins, are affirmed and empowered. His work centers on love as a political act and belonging as a right. For him, student services is not just a role, it is a commitment to collective freedom.
