Elaine Reodica

Executive Strategist, Organizational Culture and Engagement

Elaine Reodica is an accomplished executive-level strategist with experience in organizational culture and engagement. 

In her role at FoundationCCC, she is responsible for cultivating and expanding innovative strategic partnerships that promote student and institutional equity, and generate greater impact for the community college system.

Before joining FoundationCCC, Reodica held several key leadership positions in investment banking, philanthropy, and business development. During her tenure as Assistant Vice President of Investment Banking at Piper Jaffray, she worked on general obligation bond financing for California’s K-12 and community college districts. Additionally, Reodica served in three positions at the Community College League of California, where she advanced to become Director of Corporate Partners & Strategic Initiatives. In this capacity, she managed and created system-wide district service programs that generated valuable cost savings for the California Community Colleges. Reodica was also responsible for expanding the League’s business partnerships and collaborating with state and national affiliate organizations to promote student access, success, and equity.

A community college alumna, Reodica attended Pasadena City College. She earned her bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles and her master of arts in communication management from the University of Southern California. Additionally, Reodica completed a fundraising certificate from the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy, is a graduate of the Leadership Development Program for Higher Education (LDPHE), and holds a FINRA SEC Series 63 license.
