Haley Myers Dillon, Ed.D.

Haley Myers Dillon is a higher education leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing equity, student success, and systemwide innovation. Before joining the Chancellor’s Office, Dillon served as Assistant Vice President for Retention Programs and Educational Equity Centers at California State University, Sacramento. In that role, she oversaw a $2.8 million budget and multipole equity-focused centers serving more than 22,000 students, secured more than $2.5 million in federal childcare grants for student-parents, and advised senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Her career reflects a deep commitment to expanding educational opportunity for underserved communities, connecting data to action, and building coalitions for advance equity and student success.
Dillon earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Sacramento State, a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from Sacramento State, and a bachelor’s degree in English from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
