Keena Ballard

Keena Ballard (She/They) is a 23-year-old Cinema Production student, disability advocate, and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. Passionate about inclusion, accessibility, and authentic representation, Keena uses storytelling and advocacy to help create spaces where people can show up as their full selves. Through her YouTube channel, she shares her experiences living with Autism, ADHD, and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), fostering conversations around self-acceptance, identity, and belonging. As a strong advocate for both the disability and LGBTQ+ communities, Keena is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and promoting equity in education, media, and community spaces. She brings creativity, compassion, and lived experience to her work and is excited to contribute to initiatives that celebrate diversity, build connection, and advance meaningful inclusion for all.
