Kimberly Faustino is the Director of Strategic Integrations and Business Operations at the Success Center at FoundationCCC.
Faustino leads the program’s business operations, portfolio management, and strategic planning initiatives.

As a first-generation college graduate and former community college student, Faustino is committed to advancing student success and eliminating systemic barriers to foster a more equitable educational landscape. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she has honed her expertise in strategic planning, program and project management, program evaluation, budget management, data analysis, and business operations. She uses her diverse background to drive impactful solutions that support students’ academic and professional outcomes.
Faustino earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University.
