Manny Gray

Manny Gray (he/him) is an Educational Resource Advisor at Riverside City College’s Rainbow Engagement Center, where he develops programs, services, and resources that support LGBTQIA2+ student success, belonging, and engagement. As a member of the LGBTQIA2+ community, a former foster youth, and a first-generation college graduate, Manny brings both lived experience and professional expertise to his work advancing equity, access, and inclusion in higher education. Prior to his current role, he served as an Outreach Specialist in Student Financial Services, where he supported financial aid outreach efforts, worked closely with undocumented students, and helped oversee the California Student Aid Commission’s Dreamer Service Incentive Grant (DSIG) program. Manny holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Educational Counseling. He is passionate about creating affirming campus environments and expanding opportunities for historically marginalized students.
