Matthew Crownover


Matthew Crownover is the Executive Director of Business Operations at FoundationCCC, where he oversees operations of 26.7k square feet in downtown Sacramento.
With a focus on Information Technology, Crownover manages infrastructure, including the integration of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)/Azure AD hybrid systems. His leadership extends to optimizing Business Systems, where he has enhanced enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and enterprise applications to streamline workflows and elevate overall efficiency.

Crownover began his professional journey in agriculture at Seminis, later acquired by Monsanto, where he advanced from analyst to Production Research Specialist in six years. Later, at Nuseed Americas, Crownover excelled in agronomy, data systems, inventory, and production forecasts, propelling a start-up to a thriving global seed supplier. He joined FoundationCCC pre-pandemic, and has facilitated Workday ERP implementation, transitioned office operations, and integrated IT and ops for a remote-first, collaborative organization.
Crownover earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Management with a systems specialization from Texas State University, San Marcos, and a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Monsanto.
