Michele Beyer

Beyer leads the grants development team that specializes in securing grant funding to advance education access and equity in California. She also supports grant management and stewardship of grant funder relationships.

FoundationCCC Highlights:

• Helped secure a $21 million federal grant through the U.S. Economic Development Administration’s Good Jobs Challenge competition to support forestry careers in Northern California
• Manages a portfolio of over 60 active grants

Beyer has over 14 years of nonprofit experience, including grants development, individual giving, and communications. Prior to working at FoundationCCC, she supported local nonprofits in the Sacramento area through fundraising and communications, including serving as a board member for the Friends of the Sacramento Public Library. She was also an adult literacy tutor with the Sacramento Public Library for over four years.
