Nat Guerrero

Nat Guerrero (She/They) serves as the LGBTQ+ Counselor and Coordinator for the Rainbow Pride Center at Los Angeles Valley College and as the LGBTQIA+ Faculty Liaison for the Los Angeles Community College District. As the first LGBTQIA+ Counselor in LACCD, Nat leads Pride Coordinator Trainings and works to create affirming spaces for students, faculty, and staff. Her role centers on fostering inclusion, visibility, and belonging for LGBTQIA+ students across the district.

In addition to supporting students at Los Angeles Valley College, Nat advocates for the development and expansion of Pride Centers throughout Los Angeles Community College District. She collaborates with campus leaders to build sustainable programs and resources that empower LGBTQIA+ students to thrive academically and personally. With a Maser of Science in Counseling and a passion for equity, Nat is committed to advancing systemic change that uplifts queer students in higher education.
