Nathalie Keller is the Senior Director of Advancement Planning and Performance for Resource Development at FoundationCCC.
Nathalie Keller is a dedicated leader who is passionate about leveraging data and strategic planning to drive meaningful outcomes in nonprofit advancement. She is thrilled to bring her experience in systems optimization and collaborative leadership to support FoundationCCC’s mission of strengthening pathways to education for California’s community college students.

Keller is the Former Chief Development and Strategy Officer at Foodbank of Santa Barbara County, where she oversaw $8M annual fundraising goals and led cross-functional teams. She has extensive experience in major donor cultivation, strategic fund development planning, and funder stewardship. Keller previously held progressive development roles at national and local nonprofits, managing portfolios of up to 150+ donors and executing large-scale fundraising initiatives.
Keller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Food Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz (2008), and an Associate Degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu (2010).
