Scott Travasos
Scott Travasos is the Chief Financial Strategy Officer at FoundationCCC, where he manages strategic accounting and finance functions, including reporting, budgeting, planning, and investment management for an annual operating budget exceeding $115 million.
With over 15 years of experience in finance leadership, Scott has a track record of success in various sectors, including education, real estate, sustainability, and consulting.
His previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of one of California’s largest foundations, the Blue Shield of California Foundation, where he oversaw finance, operations, and communications strategy. Scott has also held positions as Chief Advancement Officer at Business for Social Responsibility, where he built partnerships with Fortune Global 500 companies, Chief Financial Officer of a private PK-12 school, Chief Financial Officer of an independent insurance agency, and Board Member of the Bay Area Sports Organizing Committee. As co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of The Swell Fund, he contributed to shaping an innovative real estate investment firm.
Scott earned his MBA from Wake Forest University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from Wheaton College.
