Yasmin Davidds


Dr. Yasmin Davidds is an accomplished Organizational Psychologist, Founder and CEO of the Latina Global Executive Leadership Institute, and Founder and President of the Women’s Institute of Negotiation (WIN). With a mission to empower and develop disadvantaged communities, especially women, she has been recognized by the U.S. Congress and the California State Senate and Assembly. Davidds has worked with over 2,000 leaders in 200 major companies across 22 countries.
In 2011, she founded WIN to enhance women’s negotiation skills and business acumen. She later launched the first Latina Global Executive Leadership Program in collaboration with the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), where she now teaches leadership and negotiation as a Professor. Davidds holds a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute, a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from USC. She has completed leadership programs at Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, and Cambridge.
Davidds has served on various boards, including ICAN, SDSU’s Finance Board and Associated Students, Power 106 Knowledge is Power Foundation, HOPE, California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, USC Latino Alumni Association, and CIT/ONEWEST Bank.
