Career Ladders Project’s policy work, research, and direct efforts with colleges lead to system change and enable more students to attain certificates, degrees, transfers, and career advancement.

Cradle-to-Career Database Project

Resources focused on early learning through K-12 and higher education.

The Cradle-to-Career System will provide data-informed tools to help students reach their college and career goals and deliver information on education and workforce outcomes. This user-friendly system will include resources focused on early learning through K-12 and higher education, as well as on the financial aid and social services that help students reach their goals. As one of FoundationCCC’s partner nonprofit organizations, the project benefits from support from our management services.

Student Success Center

Driving equity-centered student success statewide.

Founded in 2014, the Success Center functions as a strategic partner to the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office in its effort to implement large-scale, systemwide student success reforms. Maintaining an unwavering focus on the system’s Vision for Success, the Success Center develops data-informed policy recommendations, conducts detailed research, delivers professional development resources and opportunities, provides direct expertise to colleges, and convenes stakeholders to achieve systemwide goals.
