FoundationCCC has been supporting student jobs since 1998 through Career Catalyst, which enabled state agencies to hire interns and temporary employees while FoundationCCC carries the burden of liability, human resources, and payroll needs. 

Career Catalyst simplifies paid work experience programs by managing administrative tasks, allowing organizations to focus on creating meaningful opportunities for those they seek to serve. Available to organizations throughout California, Career Catalyst supports a variety of work experience models including short-term, part-time, and summer employment. Career Catalyst serves private companies, industry associations, state and local agencies, workforce intermediaries, colleges, and nonprofit organizations.
