Shirley Asher

Shirley is a dynamic professional with a diverse skill set in program management, project management, and motivational coaching. In her role as Senior Director, she oversees an array of initiatives and navigates complex challenges, ensuring seamless program execution and strategic project advancement.

FoundationCCC Highlights

• Provides the Chancellor’s Office with program and project management to support overall vision and goals. 
• Oversees the FoundationCCC Technology teams program and project management teams. 
• Successfully managed and implemented app development projects such as: FUSION and the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS). 
• Effectively established new programs such as Program Pathways Mapper.

Shirley’s impact extends far beyond her current role. With over two decades of management/technology consultant experience, she has successfully managed large teams, optimized budgets, and consistently delivered outstanding results across high volume, multi-million dollar public sector projects. Prior to her tenure at FoundationCCC, Shirley held prominent positions, including CEO of Kandia Consulting Services, Account Manager at Linq3, and Project Manager at the IT and business consulting services firm, CGI. She has made valuable contributions as a member of various project management committees.

Shirley holds a B.S. in business administration from California State University, Sacramento, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and an Executive Presence and Influence Certificate from Wharton. She’s a Project Management Institute-certified Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master, and fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Spanish.
