The Intersegmental Solutions Hub, powered by FoundationCCC, is a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to align California’s public education and workforce systems around a shared commitment to student success. Through internal initiatives, strategic partnerships, and fiscally sponsored efforts, the Intersegmental Solutions Hub supports and advances scalable, equity-driven solutions that help make systems work better for all students.

By bringing together leaders from TK–12 (including Expanded Learning/Out of School Time), higher education, workforce, and community-based organizations, the Intersegmental Solutions Hub fosters collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability. Its goal: create seamless educational and career pathways to support learners at every step of their journey.

Why It Matters

Intersegmental collaboration is essential to removing barriers and improving outcomes for California learners. The Intersegmental Solutions Hub exists to:

  • Align systems around shared goals and measures of student success
  • Incubate equity-driven pilot models that can scale across institutions
  • Deliver services that center the student experience
  • Support a culture of shared accountability through data and storytelling
