Fiscal Sponsorship to Collaborative Impact Partners

Improving educational opportunities and outcomes for all Californians.

The Collaborative Impact Program partners with mission-aligned initiatives by providing the nonprofit infrastructure they need to launch, grow, and sustain their work. Through fiscal sponsorship, we handle financial management, compliance, human resources, and operational systems, reducing administrative burden and risk so our partners can stay focused on delivering impact. Our established relationships strengthen fundraising and partnership opportunities, helping programs scale creative solutions that advance educational opportunity across California.

What is Fiscal Sponsorship

Fiscal sponsorship at FoundationCCC is a collaborative partnership that allows programs and initiatives to operate under our established 501(c)(3) status and nonprofit infrastructure, commonly known as Model A fiscal sponsorship. Through this structure, projects can receive funding, maintain compliance, and access comprehensive administrative and operational support without needing to form a separate nonprofit organization. FoundationCCC offers financial, legal, human resources, and operational management, along with strategic guidance and oversight, enabling our partners to stay focused on what matters most: advancing meaningful impact for California community colleges, their students, and the communities they serve.
